Eligibility & Age Requirements
1.1 Age Requirement
Users must be at least 21 years old to use ko77's services. Only those aged 21 or above may create an account and use the platform. Any use by minors is strictly prohibited.
ko77 may at any time request documents to verify age. Withdrawals may be delayed until age verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all accounts will be permanently closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Management
2.1 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of account registration must be true, accurate, and complete. ko77 must be notified immediately of any changes to your information. Incorrect or false information may result in account suspension or termination.

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and account details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Verification Process
ko77 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. Identity verification may be required when deposits or withdrawals exceed a certain threshold, or for any other reason. At such times, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document may be requested.
2.4 Account Inactivity

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
The following payment methods are accepted for transactions at ko77:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Digital financial service from the Postal Department
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB Bank's mobile banking service
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank
ko77 does not support any payment method other than those listed above.
3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted. Every deposit is secured by SSL encryption to ensure safe and fast transactions.
3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
3.4 Transaction Rules
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the most recent deposit.
- ko77 reserves the right to verify transaction details when necessary and may place transactions on hold during investigation of suspicious activity.

Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
A 100% welcome bonus applies to your first deposit at ko77, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳17,000 (bonus capped at maximum limit)
The welcome bonus applies only once per user.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Time limits apply to claiming bonuses.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- ko77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
Gameplay & Fair Play
5.1 Game Fairness
All games on ko77 are operated by verified third-party software providers. The outcome of every game is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is entirely impartial and unpredictable. ko77 does not alter game outcomes in any way.
5.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is incorrect due to a software or technical error, ko77 reserves the right to void that result. In such cases, the funds for the affected bets will be refunded. Winnings arising from a technical error will not be honoured.
5.3 Sports Betting Policy
The following policies apply to the sports betting section:
- Placing bets on multiple opposing outcomes of a single event in a way that leads to a guaranteed profit is strictly prohibited.
- ko77 reserves the right to void bets placed after a market has closed.
- Bets placed due to an obvious pricing error may be voided.
- If an event is conducted in a manner significantly different from the conditions specified, bets may be voided and funds refunded.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the ko77 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Playing games using bots, automation software, or any other artificial means
- Abusing bonuses or promotions
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
- Creating or managing an account through a third party
- Using a false identity or documents
- Defrauding or harassing other users
6.2 Consequences of Violations
If any of the prohibited activities above occur, ko77 may take the following actions: temporarily or permanently close the account; forfeit bonuses and promotional winnings; place pending withdrawals on hold; and notify the relevant legal authorities.
